Shipping cut-off time

The company will cut the delivery cycle at 13:00 every day.
If the customer informs the transfer amount before 13:00. We will deliver the product within that day.
In case the customer informs the transfer amount after 13:00, we will deliver the goods the next day.
Mon-Fri: Report the balance before 13:00 hrs.
SAT-SUN: Closed.

How many days does delivery take?

Depending on the delivery area, usually in Bangkok and vicinity, the duration is 1-2 working days.
Upcountry or remote areas, duration 2-3 working days.
Note: In case of holidays and campaigns of Lazada and Shopee, there will be a delay of 1-2 business days.

Same day delivery service?

Company. It is located in Nakhon Pathom province, which is not in the same day service area.
However, we offer a service called Lalamove or Grab for customers who want to use express products. In this case, the customer is responsible for all incurred expenses, or the customer can call Lalamove or Grab to pick up the product at the office within business hours.

Can I pick up my own products at The Office?

Customers can pick up their own products at the Office during business hours, and for convenience and speed, customers call 1 hour before picking up.
Mon-Fri from 9:30am-5:00pm
S.-A. must make an appointment 1-2 hours in advance.
